In the 40 days before Resurrection Sunday/Easter/Pascha known as Lent, we are following the journey of Jesus from Baptism, to Wilderness, to Public Ministry in Luke 3-4:13.

Every Square Inch of Creation is Claimed by Christ with Mark Glanville
Luke 4:1–13
Costly allegiance to our king requires faithfulness in every aspect of our lives. As C.S. Lewis wrote: “There is no neutral ground in the universe: every square inch, every split second, is claimed by God and counterclaimed by Satan.”
Mark Glanville is Associate Professor of Pastoral Theology at Regent College, Vancouver, and an Old Testament scholar. Mark most recently authored Refuge Reimagined: Biblical Ethics in Global Politics co-written with Luke Glanville. Mark pastored for 14 years in urban, justice-seeking churches. He has been bi-vocational, combining reflective pastoring with biblical scholarship. Mark is also a trained jazz pianist, active on the Vancouver jazz scene. ​

Pilgrim Church is located at the corner of East 45th and Inverness Street in south Vancouver, two blocks southwest of East 41st and Knight Street.
Our building is fully accessible from the parking lot. We have an elevator entrance from the parking/ground level that services the Upper and Lower floors and a fully accessible washroom on the upper/main level.
