Pilgrim Church has an Elder Governing Board structure to guide and lead the church. These women and men provide overall guidance, vision, and accountability for the health and forward direction of the church. They are called through a nomination and election process from the Covenant Partners group. They serve three year terms, up to two consecutively, with a required one year break after six years. Elders who are not currently serving are non-governing elders.
