10:30 AM 7:00 PM A COVERSATION ON HEALING AND RECONCILIATION WITH RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL SURVIVOR FRANCES CARLICK Frances Carlick “Ceene” is from the Tahltan and Kaska people from northern BC. She was born in a small village called Lower Post, BC along side the Liard River. Frances is a second generation Residential School survivor. Her mother went to Lejac Residential School in the 1940’s. Frances and her siblings attended Ed Lower Post Indian Residential School from 1957-1963, then moved to Coudert Residence (also a Residential School) in Whitehorse, Yukon. Frances is a retired teacher who taught Elementary School on Vancouver’s Eastside for 24 years. Frances has been a member of the Vancouver Eastside Vineyard since 1993. Frances shares her journey of Healing and Reconciliation from her time in Residential Schools to now and how she was set free through the Gospel.
