 We are living in a winter wonderland these days! The snow just keeps on falling with no end in sight. The camp has been overtaken by it! It is extremely beautiful to see and a lot of fun for us and the teens to do some winter activities but it is definitely making it hard for the camp work crew to get up there each day and work on construction. We're hoping to make it up there next week with the teens for a tubing day!
 Back Home in Romania!We had a solid work-day at our home yesterday to get us ready for winter. Paul and I finished harvesting the garden by pulling out the last of our potatoes and we stocked up the boiler room with wood to heat our house. The temperature is starting to drop so the fires have begun! We’ve got a huge stack of trees from the forest still needing to be chopped but that’ll have to happen on our next work-day.
 Hello family! It was scary hot this month in Japan, after experiencing 40 degrees celsius plus of heat, anything below that actually feels nice! I am sure it was a tough month for those who were in Japan.
I am thankful the weather is not as intense anymore! Above is a photograph of some of the married staff at YWAM Tokyo finishing the Alpha Marriage course! As Kyle and I are entering into a complete new season with a child coming this was a really good time for me to prepare our mind and even to strategize how to prioritize family.  “These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ.” Col. 2:17
It’s taken me some time to write this update, but the main reason is because I can’t even decide where to begin! There is so much to say about how blessed we all feel from the summer ministry that just took place. God was clearly present, active and brought forward incredible fruit in the lives of all involved. As a team we have been in a season of growing our faith. We felt God clearly calling us to take on some big projects like building cabins, water and sewage system, and running summer camp programs on the property for the first time. We were unsure of how this season of faith would end. Yet God showed us His faithfulness, perfect timing, provision and higher ways over and over again. Thank you for journeying through this with us and for your prayers and partnership.  Merry Christmas everyone!! We hope wherever you are and however you are celebrating this Christmas that you are experiencing God’s love for you in new ways. We are so thankful for each and every one of you and your love and support of us! Life in the village has slowed down yet still somehow we remain busy! Harvest is over and the snow has started to fall. But we are running at full speed this Christmas season.
